The historic estate, formerly known as Raithwaite Sandsend, has been completely reimagined and is the site of a £10 million refurbishment of the hotel and spa, part of a wider £100 million development of holiday cottages and lodges.

We have an exciting opening at our brand new spa, we are looking for a hard-working individual to join our team as a Spa Administrator. We pride ourselves on delivering a very high-level of customer service to all spa day guests, members and hotel residents.

The Spa Administrator role includes Liaising with all of our spa guests, making reservations, assisting with all spa administration and organising and maintaining Spa & Gym memberships. We have one full-time position at 40 hours per week and one part-time position at 16 hours per week working 8 hours shifts, any 5 days over 7, including weekends and bank holidays, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Full training will be provided, although previous experience within a spa or pool environment would be desirable.

About you and the role

• Spa reservations & assisting our guests on all aspects of their spa journey
• Deal with all spa membership enquiries and process all membership administration
• Assist the spa team with cleaning and upkeep of the spa
• Working alongside the spa team & wellness café
• Friendly and approachable with a can do manner
• Team player and self-motivated
