About you and the role
Full-Time 40 Hours – total package up to £30,000 per annum
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will join our Food & Beverage Management team to oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be key in supporting with managing the Food & Beverage team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Food & Beverage staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate Food & Beverage staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure the Restaurant and Bar areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Interact with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless and timely service.
- Have great communication with all staff and guests alike.
- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Supervisory or management experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations required, including wine and beverage pairing.
- Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems required.
