We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to support our Executive Head Chef Adam Maddock, with the smooth running and management of the kitchen operation. This role is ideal for a talented chef looking to take the next step in their culinary career and develop leadership skills. You’ll be working in a brand-new kitchen at a destination hotel, creating dishes to be proud of and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (ideally 2-4 years)
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide junior staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
