Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, drive revenue, and position the hotel as a leader in luxury wellness hospitality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury branding, digital marketing, and storytelling, with a passion for wellness and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning;
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s luxury wellness positioning
- Maintain brand consistency across all guest touchpoints, both online and offline
- Strengthen brand awareness across key feeder markets and target segments

Hotel Marketing & Distribution;
- Manage and optimise hotel presence across all distribution channels, including OTA platforms and direct booking channels
- Collaborate closely with revenue management to support occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR targets
- Execute campaigns that drive room bookings, spa revenue, F&B, and wellness experiences

Digital Marketing & Content;
- Oversee website performance, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media channels
- Develop high-quality content showcasing rooms, spa, wellness programs, and guest experiences
- Manage content calendars and coordinate shoots, influencers, and brand storytelling

Campaign Management;
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal demand and business needs
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI

Partnerships & PR;
- Build and manage relationships with luxury travel advisors, media, and wellness influencers
- Coordinate PR initiatives including press stays, launches, and brand collaborations
- Identify strategic partnerships within the luxury and wellness ecosystem

Market Insights & Reporting;
- Monitor hospitality and wellness industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs including website traffic, conversion, and campaign performance

Key skills

- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry
- Content curation and creation
- Experience on Meta paid platforms
- Experience with email creation and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of social media channels and analytics
- Exceptional writing skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Experience of working with design packages such as Canva/Adobe Rush or similar
- Social Media editing skills (video and stills)

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Demonstrated experience driving direct bookings and working with hotel distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, brand websites)
- Strong understanding of hospitality KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or wellness brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns
- Experience working with high-end clientele and premium brands
