The home of beautiful interiors, an indulgent spa and gym, and memorable culinary experiences - Saltmoore is opening in the coastal village of Sandsend, Whitby, this summer!

The historic estate, formerly known as Raithwaite Sandsend, has been completely reimagined and is the site of a £10 million refurbishment of the hotel and spa, part of a wider £100 million development of holiday cottages and lodges.

About you and the role

• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service throughout the guests journey
• Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
• Work closely with other departments and teams to deliver a seamless service
• Have great communication with all staff and guests alike

The full time position will work on a shift pattern, working 40 hours over any 5 of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. The part-time position will work on a shift pattern, working 16 hours over the weekend. Hours will be between 7am-10pm.
