It’s not easy to define a place that changes with the seasons. A place that lets the wild tide lead the way... Nestled between the wild North Sea and the heather draped moors, Saltmoore is a sumptuous wellness sanctuary. The home of beautiful interiors, an indulgent spa and gym, and memorable culinary experiences - Saltmoore is opening in the coastal village of Sandsend, Whitby, this Autumn!
The historic estate, formerly known as Raithwaite Sandsend, has been completely reimagined and is the site of a £10 million refurbishment of the hotel and spa, part of a wider £100 million development of holiday cottages and lodges.
As we embark on this incredible journey, we’re looking for talented individuals to join us in redefining luxury hospitality as we put Saltmoore firmly on the map. We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team, led by our Head Chef Adam Maddock and soon to be revealed Consultant Chef. You’ll be working in a brand-new kitchen at a destination hotel with two different food outlets, creating dishes to be proud of.
