The historic estate, formerly known as Raithwaite Sandsend, has been completely reimagined and is the site of a £10 million refurbishment of the hotel and spa, part of a wider £100 million development of holiday cottages and lodges.

About you and the role

As the Brasserie Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our brasserie, managing staff, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, while also managing budgets, inventory, and operational efficiencies.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of service staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Proven experience as a Brasserie Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in a high-end dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage pairing.
