No matter the season or time of day, The Brasserie at Saltmoore invites you to indulge in delicious dishes curated by our Head Chef, Adam Maddock. From Breakfast through to dinner, there will be something to tantalise your tastebuds.
Honing his skills in some of the UK's top Michelin-starred kitchens, our talented Head Chef, Adam Maddock oversees the curation of menus across our entire food and drink offering. Having grown up in Plymouth, Devon, and spent much of his former years in Cornwall, our Head Chef specialises in delicious seafood and hearty game meat.
Adam works closely behind the scenes with Consultant Chef, Tommy Banks.
Our Kitchen Garden
Preserving and protecting this beautiful corner of North Yorkshire we proudly call home is extremely important to us. One of the ways we promote sustainability across our hotel is via our flourishing no-dig kitchen garden which provides seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs to our Brasserie kitchen.
