Meet our Executive Chef

Honing his skills in some of the UK's top Michelin-starred kitchens, our talented Executive Chef, Adam Maddock oversees the curation of menus across our entire food and drink offering. Having grown up in Plymouth, Devon, and spent much of his former years in Cornwall, our Executive Chef specialises in delicious seafood and hearty game meat.

Our Kitchen Garden

Preserving and protecting this beautiful corner of North Yorkshire we proudly call home is extremely important to us. One of the ways we promote sustainability across our hotel is via our flourishing no-dig kitchen garden which provides seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs to our Brasserie kitchen.
