3:00pm – Arrive at Saltmoore and settle into your bedroom
3:00pm – 4:30pm – Cream Tea in The Orangerie
7:00pm – Gather in Calluna for pre-dinner drinks and canapés
7:30pm – Step into The Brasserie for a five-course tasting menu dinner
10:30pm – Evening entertainment, followed by the midnight countdown and a spectacular firework display
Midnight – Raise a glass of Champagne as we welcome 2026

1st January

8:00am – 10:30am – Bucks Fizz Breakfast
1:30pm – 4:30pm – New Year’s Day Roast Lunch celebration
6:30pm – 9:15pm – À la carte dining returns to The Brasserie (not included in package)
Pianist Jeremy McMurray will be joining us again, filling the Brasserie with music throughout dinner service

2nd January
