For one September evening, the spirit of Provence comes to Calluna.

Founded in 1936, Château Minuty is a family-owned wine estate in Gassin on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Nestled between land and sea, its 200 hectares of vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, with grapes still harvested entirely by hand. Now in its fourth generation, Minuty has become synonymous with the Côtes de Provence and the French Art de Vivre.

Join us for an intimate evening celebrating this story through food and wine. Begin with a Minuty Spritz and canapés on the terrace before taking your seat in Calluna for a four-course seasonal menu, paired with Minuty Prestige Rosé 2025, Chateau Minuty Rosé et Or 2025, Chataeu Minuty Rouge et Or 2024 and Chateau Minuty 281, 2025.

Amy and Yang from Minuty will join us for the evening, sharing more about the estate, its wines and four generations of Provençal winemaking.
