We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Spa, The Sanctuary at Saltmoore.

About you and the role

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently maintained. ensuring all areas of the spa are maintained including, cryochamber, gym, relaxation room, treatment rooms, sauna and steam room, indoor pool, spa pool and wellness café.
• Manage and motivate a team of therapists, hosts and administrators and support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, increase bookings, and optimise spa revenue.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Create and maintain a serene, welcoming atmosphere aligned with the brand’s vision of luxury and relaxation.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
